Role Definition
Working within our Cyber Data Services team, which is at the core of our Proactive Insurance product offering and CLIENT’s promise to protect our policyholders from existing and emerging cyber security vulnerabilities and threats.
You will play a key role in developing the company’s competitive advantage in aggregating, presenting, and analysing large datasets. You will contribute to the development of our proprietary data platform and work to solve problems that are key to protecting our policyholders.
Your contributions will have a material impact on the business as a whole where you will be expected to play a role designing and implementing new data capabilities (ingesting large datasets, building robust & high-performance APIs, consuming high-frequency event streams), as well as improving the quality of our existing products and solutions.
Key responsibilities & Accountabilities:
· Actively run all necessary ceremonies and practices for two scrum teams
· Work with the scrum teams and the practice to drive the delivery of products and services towards outcomes
· To work with the practice lead to support a continually evolving lean agile framework that enables delivery across the various scrum teams, business units and general technology department.
· To work with the practice lead to apply the most appropriate agile delivery methodology as needed to deliver a successful outcome within and across scrum teams
· Be responsible for maintaining delivery momentum and managing blockers, risks and impediments to progress
· To support the practice lead to ensure alignment with our other practices such as product, engineering and quality.
· Responsible for leading continuous planning practices and run regular agile ceremonies to ensures work is visible, transparent and there is an iterative plan to work towards that is actively communicated and understood by teams & stakeholders
· To define and measure how well we are doing and to continually evolve, inspect and share these metrics.
· Responsible for identifying and bringing the right people together at the right time. Understands how and when to include people in communications, agile ceremonies and to make decisions
· Responsible for taking a lead on establishing healthy team dynamics. Ensuring teams are collaborative and communicating effectively with each other and are continuously driving towards cohesive best practices and continuous improvement.
· Responsible for leading on creating an environment where continuous improvements of teams’ working practices can happen, including measuring success, inspecting and adapting.
· Supporting the practice lead to ensure transparent and continuous alignment and communication
· Any other support required to ensure that we support our business as an agile and delivery practice

Knowledge & Experience
· Proven experience in leading agile transformations and working with multiple agile teams.
· In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS).
· Familiarity with agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
· Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is a plus.
· Relevant agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMI-ACP are preferred.
