Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Understand and analyze business requirements.

Design and implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.

Ensure successful integration and management of master data across various systems and platforms.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and data governance teams to align MDM initiatives with overall business objectives.

Conduct thorough analysis of existing data management processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Develop and document business requirements.

Create data models and define data standards and policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.

Support data governance and data quality initiatives.

Key Requirements 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Approximately 5 years of experience working as an MDM Domain Expert or in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of MDM concepts, methodologies, and best practices.

Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data integration principles.

Proficiency in MDM tools and technologies such as Informatic MDM, Clued-in, or similar platforms.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business requirements into practical MDM solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certification in the MDM domain (e.g., Certified MDM Professional) is an advantage.
