Cloud Engineer – Microsoft 365 (MWP)

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments of customer Microsoft 365 tenants to identify gaps, risks, and optimization areas.

Deploy and configure Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related Microsoft 365 services.

Implement and manage Intune for endpoint compliance, security, and application deployment.

Configure Azure AD Connect, user synchronization, and access management.

Provide technical support, incident resolution, and change management for customer environments.

Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, incidents, and change history.

Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer enablement.

Key Requirements

Certifications: MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals), MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 deployment and support.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Intune, and Azure AD.

Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and data protection.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
