Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
•    Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
•    Prepare reports, agendas, and correspondence
•    Handle emails and follow up on tasks
•    Maintain office organization and records

Key Requirements:
•    Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
•    Good spoken and written English
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work independently with good time management
•    Secretarial or administrative qualification is an added advantage
