Position: Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounting
Industry: BPO / Shared Services
Location: Colombo
Key Qualifications:
6+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting (BPO experience preferred)
Strong accounting and month-end finalization skills
Professional qualification (ACCA / CIMA / CMA / CA or equivalent)
Good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Advanced Excel and analytical skills
Willingness to work on Australian time (6.30 AM – 3.00 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and transition outsourced work scopes
Develop and maintain KPI for client delivery
Maintain strong client relationships
Optimize and develop staff performance
