Key Responsibilities
Administration:
Oversee day-to-day office administration and operational activities
Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor coordination
Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Maintain proper filing systems and ensure compliance with internal processes
Support leadership with administrative reports and documentation
Finance:
Assist with basic accounting functions including invoicing, petty cash, and expense tracking
Support finance team with data entry, reconciliations, and report preparation
Coordinate with external vendors and finance teams for payments and documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries and reports
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in admin and/or finance roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic accounting tools
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
