Senior Digital Media Executive

Key Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of innovative social media strategies aligned with brand goals and industry trends.
  • Create and manage content calendars regularly.
  • Craft, plan, and supervise creative development for all digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Strategically manage influencer and brand ambassador campaigns – from ideation and selection to execution and performance analysis.
  • Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns and coordinate performance optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, creative, and both internal & external teams to achieve digital marketing goals.
  • Monitor social media KPIs and generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights.

 

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and campaign execution.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Excellent Sinhala and English content writing skills.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Proven track record in leading successful influencer campaigns and brand-driven digital content strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies for content development.
  • Deep experience in creating engaging and visually appealing reels.
