ERP Presales Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Conduct business process analysis and recommend ERP solutions

Support ERP implementation and integration across departments

Provide presales support and technical guidance

Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline processes

Enhance ERP systems to improve efficiency

Key Requirements

2–3 years’ experience in Business Process Analysis

Fully/Part-qualified in Finance; audit experience is a strong plus

Understanding of Business & Finance Operations or Process Auditing

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Communication and interpersonal skills in Sinhala & English

Willingness to learn and grow in ERP/Technology

Exposure to ERP implementations or ERP concepts is an advantage

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus
