Senior Executive – Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing grievances and concerns in line with company policies.
  • Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement.
  • Maintain and update HRIS and employee records accurately.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and statutory compliance.
  • Draft and issue HR letters, contracts, and policy documents.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions and workshops.
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, health & safety standards, and company policies.
  • Regularly review and recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures.

Key Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
