Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Frontline Payment Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Handle cash and card payments accurately.

Ensure timely and efficient processing of transactions.

Maintain records of financial transactions.

Provide excellent customer service during payment handling.

Key Requirements:

G.C.E. Advanced Level (preferred commerce stream) or completed internship in the finance industry.

Finance-related Diploma/HND/Degree will be an advantage.

Experience in handling cash and card payments is preferred.
