Job Title: Small and Medium Business (SMB) Sales Executive
Location: Colombo

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities within the SMB segment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand needs and propose tailored ICT solutions.

Present and sell ICT products and services (e.g., network infrastructure, cloud solutions, managed services, security solutions).

Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop proposals.

Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Maintain accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and client records in CRM.

Attend industry events and networking activities to build a client pipeline.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Key Requirements

Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

1–3 years of experience in a B2B sales role focused on SMB clients.

Strong understanding of SMB sales dynamics — high touch, value-driven, and budget-conscious.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment.

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
