Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements
• Provide tailored networking solutions and technical guidance
• Conduct product demos and technical presentations
• Assist in proposal preparation with technical specs and cost estimates
• Analyze customer networks and design future-ready solutions
• Support the full presales-to-post-sale technical process
• Stay updated on networking and security technologies
• Attend industry events, training, and conferences
Required Skills and Experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on networking experience (switching, routing, WiFi, firewalls)
• Strong understanding of hybrid networking (on-prem + cloud)
• Experience in advanced networking and security protocols
• Exposure to presales activities is an added advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and customer interaction skills
Preferred Certifications
• CCNP or equivalent
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud networking
