Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end payroll process accurately and on time.
Address employee concerns and grievances, resolve conflicts, and provide necessary feedback and support to team members.
Develop and implement Human Resources policies and procedures, ensuring strict compliance with company rules and legal regulations.
Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date employee records.
Escalate any HR-related issues that require management intervention.
Oversee the full recruitment and selection process.
Coordinate and manage performance evaluations, probation reviews, and contract renewals.


Key Requirements

A solid academic background with a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management from a recognized institute or university.
Minimum of 10 years’ hands-on experience in a similar HR role.
Prior experience in the IT industry will be a distinct advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Flexible and adaptable to handle challenging or dynamic situations.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High attention to detail with a creative and innovative approach.
Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
