Accounts Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Perform and finalize bank reconciliations regularly.
  • Coordinate the preparation and timely submission of tax returns (VAT, SVAT, WHT).
  • Participate in internal stock count audits and report findings.
  • Assist in annual external audits and liaise with auditors.
  • Respond to and resolve finance-related complaints or issues from branch operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar accounting role (Mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Sage Accounting Software is required.
  • Partly qualification in CA, CIMA, AAT, CMA, or an equivalent professional body are desirable.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and audit practices.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
