Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Support senior sales leadership in executing sales strategies.
Manage a defined territory or product portfolio, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Develop and maintain client relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and training for healthcare professionals.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Prepare periodic sales reports and contribute to sales forecasting.
Key Requirements:
3–5 years of proven experience in medical device or healthcare-related sales.
Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and medical device usage.
A bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, or Biomedical Engineering is an advantage.
Energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
