Assistant Regional Sales Manager

Colombo or Southern

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Regional Sales targets from lead generation to a complete sale by handling all sales activities.
  • Assist & provide effective input for planning, forecasting, and management of the assigned Region.
  • Ensure cash collections have been completed within the relevant credit period.
  • Effectively coordinate with the After Sales Service team, ensuring timely installations and maintenance.
  • Organize area activities in the region to increase sales opportunities.
  • Resolves customer challenges by investigating, developing solutions making. Liaise with cross-functional teams in the completion of the sales cycle of the sale.

 

Key requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of sales experience in the Healthcare Industry is a must.
  • An aptitude to work independently with minimum supervision and achieve set targets.
  • Those who are residing in the Gampaha or Colombo District will be preferred.
  • Ability to travel extensively on regular customer visits.
  • Excellent Communication skills in both verbal and written.
