Regional Sales Manager - General Lab Equipment

(Colombo & Gampaha)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage relationships with key product principals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic market plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and differentiate in the competitive market.
  • Partner with sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned product range.
  • Contribute to the diversification of our product portfolio by exploring and establishing new opportunities within the [sector/industry].

Key requirement:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in handling a similar product category. Degree in Science with chemistry or equivalent qualifications.
  • Full or partial qualifications from a
  • recognized marketing body would be a definite advantage.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Data analytics and market analysis skills would be an advantage.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication.
  • Those who are residing in Western province will be preferred.
