Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Perform copyright claims on YouTube, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements, while aiming to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Stay informed about platform updates and participate in training and development to adapt to new processes and tools.
• Use the provided tools and applications to streamline the claim process and improve efficiency.
• Provide insights and feedback on the effectiveness of tools and strategies to improve overall processes.
• Conduct comprehensive research on identified trends and follow up accordingly.
• Analyze assets for value and track claimable content.
• Monitor personal revenue goals and track performance.
• Utilize provided applications and extensions (e.g., Shazam, Jukebox, Claim Mate, Video Hunter, Transpose etc.) to streamline the claiming process.
• Take on additional responsibilities as required to support the company’s goals and objectives.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6 months - 1 year of professional experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge in MS Office, G Suite, and other basic business software.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to learn and apply new policies, tools, and procedures quickly and effectively.
• Very good understanding & familiarity with social media platforms specifically on YouTube.
• Passionate in searching and watching YouTube videos along with an awareness on international pop culture.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work extended hours when required.
• Prior musical experience with an exceptional musical ear will be an added advantage.
• Candidate must be based in Sri Lanka.
