Assistant Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Support daily sales operations and team coordination.
  • Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare performance reports.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity.
  • Help plan and execute sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and inventory coordination.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years of sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales software.
