Senior Marketing Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tenders and quotations for both government and private sector clients
  • Draft official letters and business correspondence
  • Submit online quotations accurately and on time
  • Compile and present monthly marketing and sales reports
  • Understand and communicate IT product specifications effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing documents

Key Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or sales coordination role
  • Diploma in Sales or Marketing (an added advantage)
  • Strong written communication and letter-writing skills
  • Good knowledge of IT products and technical specifications
  • Proficiency in handling online quotation portals
