Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, and print).
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.
  • Work with ATL, BTL, media, and research agencies for campaign development and market/consumer analysis. 
  • Oversee content creation, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Manage SEO, PPC, and social media advertising to optimize online presence.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support business growth.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, agencies, and key stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with emerging marketing technologies and industry trends.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for brand storytelling and customer engagement.
