Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for ISM implementation projects
Design and architect ISM solutions based on client requirements, leveraging best practices and industry standards
Troubleshoot technical issues,perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as needed during the implementation phase
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, pre-sales and product development to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Advanced degree preferred
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges and issues Willingness to travel to client sites as needed for project meetings,workshops, and implementation activities
